Protur Hotels' commitment to the environment is one of the great pillars of our day to day efforts & our future. A commitment that goes far beyond a declaration of intentions, a commitment that has become actions, that has progressed from year to year and that today is already giving great results.

Leading the Change

Protur Hotels was founded in 1972 in Cala Bona and, since then, the chain has always worked to anticipate the needs of its guests, its society and its territory. For this reason, our environmental policies were activated in 2010 and have continued to grow and develop, thus making us nowadays one of the pioneering hotel firms in this field.

A different kind of Tourism

Protur Hotels’ model of tourism has always been based on constant adaptation to the needs of our guests, to our environment & to the society of which we form part.

To do this, from the very beginning we have focused on our commitment on the permanent renovation of our hotels & services, always striving to find the most efficient use of resources, together with the utmost respect for our territory, our people, our tradition & our culture. 

Our Own Environmental Management Department

In order to manage all the environmental actions that we have in place at Protur Hotels, and to measure how and to what degree the impact on our environment is reduced, we have created our own Environmental department

This department is in charge of designing the entire environmental strategy of the chain, ensuring its compliance in all the areas involved & calculating the positive effects that all this effort has, both on the local community and on the territory as a whole.
