How to accumulate points

You should identify yourself as a Protur Club member at Protur Hotel establishments  and you will receive points depending on what you spend:

For every  20 € spent  you will receive  1 point .

You can also accumulate points for your stay even if you have not booked directly through  Protur Hotels. In this case you will accumulate points per card holder per night:

  • We will award you 10 points for each apartment / room of your friends who visit us for the first time on your recommendation. You just have to contact us club@proturhotels.com before your friends' arrival  .
  • It is essential that the new guests have never before stayed at  a Protur Hotels establishment. The points will be awarded to you once these guests have finished their stay.       
  • For having filled in a holiday satisfaction questionnaire in the hotel you were staying at, you will receive 5 extra points .

The points for each stay will always be added the day after departure, as long as the holder of the invoice for the stay matches the holder of the Protur Club card. Points cannot be accumulated for stays prior to your having joined the Protur Club.

So that you can accumulate points, it is essential that you present your card when paying at any time during your stay with Protur Hotels. Points cannot be accumulated for previous stays or spending  when you did not identify yourself as a Protur Club member.

Protur Club points expire the third calendar year following the date of acquisition.
