How do I make a claim if I find a cheaper price?

It’s very easy, just send us an email giving us the following information:

  • Your Booking code of the reservation you have made on the official Protur Hotels website, proturhotels.com
  • A screenshot of the website where the price is cheaper with the corresponding booking conditions, and email it to us within 24 hours of making your booking.
  • Send your email to info@proturhotels.com, and our team will get back to you within 3 working days. If your booking complies with the conditions, you will be sent a new booking confirmation equalling the lower price.

Conditions for our Best Online Price Guarantee to be applied:

It is only applicable if we receive your petition a maximum of 24 hours after making your booking. The lower price found on the other website must be for:

  • The same hotel
  • The same type of room & board arrangements
  • The same duration and dates of stay
  • The same booking conditions as regards cancellation policy, payment, making booking changes etc.
  • Same number of guests Same currency
  • This claim can only be made by the person who made the original booking.
  • The guarantee refers to the total stay and not the partial price of any or all of the days of the stay.


The price must be accessible to all over the Internet and verifiable by the Protur Hotels team.

Arrival date at the hotel must be more than 3 days after the date of the claim.

Protur Hotels reserves the right not to accept those applications that it considers fraudulent, altered or where an irregular or malicious action is suspected, without prejudice to the exercise of the actions that in Law may be made against the person concerned.

Our Best Online Price Guarantee does not apply to the following:

  • Questionable websites that do not offer accurate information about the available rooms, or the specific hotel, or the destination of the hotel, etc., until the reservation has been made.
  • The rates that are part of packages, that is, hotel rates that are part of a travel package that includes accommodation, airfare, transfers, etc.
  • Unpublished rates, such as corporate rates, group rates, meeting or congress rates, etc., which include discounts.
  • Rates that are not published on the Internet, such as those offered by traditional travel agencies. Rates with prepaid vouchers.
  • Prices resulting from the application of promotional codes & special discounts of the Protur Hotels Partners programme.
  • Rates corresponding to promotional packages or gift vouchers.
