What is not included in the invitation?

Flights and transfers to and from the hotel, as well as any extras at the hotel, and the tourist tax.

The gift voucher is for how many people?

It is for the family unit, which can never exceed the room capacity.

Can someone else use my free invitation?

No, this invitation is personal, cannot be transferred nor can it be exchanged for cash.

When can l enjoy this gift voucher?

During 2021

If l have already booked through a tour operator or proturhotels.com for this year, can l add the free nights to my stay?

Yes, you can add the free nights to your stay but you cannot change your original booking. You can make a new booking for your free nights.

My partner has also received an invitation, can we each enjoy a free gift voucher?

No, it is one gift voucher per family unit.
