The satisfaction questionnaire will be sent to your email address 48 hours after your departure day.

Your entry into the free holiday prize draw is automatic once you complete and submit your satisfaction questionnaire.
🎁 Prize Draw Details
- A total of 3 stays of 7 nights will be drawn, valid at any Protur Hotels establishment.
- The prize will consist of a holiday for the same guests and on the same board basis as the winning stay.
- The prize is personal and non-transferable and can be enjoyed within a period of 1 year from the date of the draw.
- The draw will take place on 20 December. The winner will be notified by email and their name will be published on social media.
