How to exchange your points


Each point is exchangeable for 1 EURO

These can be exchanged for:
  • Discounts on stays made through our website are only available on the flexible rate. The discount should be requested when checking in at the hotel.
  • Gastronomy in our restaurants
  • Sports & leisure facilities
  • Spa
  • Promotional products

You can exchange your points either in the hotel reception Protur Hotels, by contacting our Protur Club customer services or by phoning us on  (+34) 971587520.

You can also choose to pay in cash and keep your points for another occasion. Protur Club points can under no circumstances be exchanged for cash.

Protur Club points expire the third calendar year following the date of acquisition.

Protur Hotels reserves the right to change or cancel the conditions that govern the  Protur Club card.

Postage due for the sending of merchandising products is payable by the Protur Club member
