Es Molí d'en Bou Restaurant opened its doors in 2000 under chef Tomeu Caldentey from Mallorca. During the last few years, he has maintained the same philosophy: to offer and serve a creative and simple cuisine based always on the traditional Mallorcan kitchen, while adding a very personal and modern spin to all the dishes. In 2004, Tomeu Caldentey was awarded a Michelin Star which he maintains to date.
As from May 1, 2009, Es Moli d'en Bou Restaurant moved to a new venue at Protur Sa Coma Playa Hotel & Spa of four stars, in Sa Coma. This move has not changed any aspect of the internal functioning of Es Moli d'en Bou Restaurant.
